Our Projects
Since January 2022, Change Well Project has been dedicated to supporting Californians facing homelessness and housing insecurity. We've strengthened rehousing programs, enhanced HDAP, and partnered with LA County on the Skid Row Action Plan—all to promote stability, equity, and well-being for communities across the state.
