Anna Bialik 

Anna Bialik is the Senior Consultant, Lead for County Technical Assistance for Change Well Project where she leads a dynamic technical assistance team working to improve rehousing systems across the state of California. She also leads strategy and development of the Learning Lab, a monthly virtual learning space that provides essential knowledge and resources to County and Tribal Program Leaders working to end homelessness across the State. A highlight of the last year with Change Well was the opportunity to lead community design workshops with Skid Row residents and government stakeholders, to develop the implementation plan of the Skid Row Action Plan for Los Angeles County.

Prior to her work at Change Well Project, Anna worked as the Funding and Procurement Manager for the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority, where she oversaw over $200 million dollars in grant-making annually. She was also lead faculty and improvement advisor for the Healthcare x Homeless Services Pilot, in partnership with Community Solutions, Institute for Healthcare Improvement, Kaiser Permanente, Common Spirit and CoC Lead agencies across the country.

With a strong commitment to making a positive impact, Anna has held leadership roles at national, state, and local levels, where she made significant contributions to the development and implementation of initiatives aimed at ending homelessness, building equitable systems of care and developing a bridge between healthcare and housing services.. Her work highlights a commitment to driving positive change and addressing critical issues in communities with a focus on equity. Prior to working in the public sector, Anna worked in feature film development, and continues to find compelling stories in the people she serves; she holds a B.A. from Georgetown University and a Certificate in Improvement Coaching from the Institute for Healthcare Improvement.
